Founding and setting up
"Intervet OOO", a Russian subsidiary. The
company was officially registered in the Russian
Chamber of Commerce in August 1999. Our tasks were:
Elaboration of a feasibility study, preparation of
legal steps, elaboration of business plan, selecting the
location and site, Cooperation with local administration,
taking over complete financial and administrative
responsibility as General Director, training of local
employees, application for and registration of all
necessary local licenses.

Founding and setting up the
Russian agricultural consulting and trading company
"Konzept AO". The company was registered in
1996 in Wladimir, some 280 km northeast of Moscow. The
break-even was achieved after 18 months, even the August
1998 crisis did not hurt the company financially. Our
tasks were:
Working as General Director, with full financial and
administrative responsibility. Completing registration,
identification and training of local staff, designing and
implementing the business development strategy, Lay-out
and implementation of the consulting for Russian
large-scale farms.

Founding a Russian
subsidiary to foster marketing oif German agrochemicals
in Russia. The company "RosAgroService" was
registered 1994 and achieved 1996 (end of contract) a
turnover of 9 Mio DEM. Our tasks were:
Evaluation of local demand and local legal and
administrative circumstances. Founding the company in
cooperation with German and local partners. Designing the
legal set-up in Germany and Russia. Structural design of
business development. Advice on trade financing and
barter trade.
